On this website you will find all the links you will need to access learning for all grade levels. For Grades K-5 I will provide certain learning links on this page for students to have access. Students in 6th-8th grade will continue using Schoology the online learning prlatform that we use at Thunder Vista. I hope we can all grow and support each other in this new unchartered territory spreading love and encourement for each other as we evolve and grow. Listed below is infomormation about attendance and grading of classes, along with my office hours for families and students. Let's keep spreading positivy and encouragement as we engage together in our learning.

Online Learning Information:
We will begin online learning on April 1st. Students will be able to access the online learning services for their grade level using the tabs on the top left hand corner of my website. The grade levels are separated in groups accordingly: K-2, 3-5, and 6-8. For additional information about online learning or help answering any questions please email me at email@example.com.
Middle School Attendance: Attendance for middle school students will be based on submission of weekly assignmnets posted to Schoology. All assignments that are attached to the weekly menu in Schoology will be due by 7:00pm on Friday.
Middle School Grading: Schoology assignment submissions are how grades will be determined for students. Students will receive a “complete = 3 or 4 depending on student work submitted” or “incomplete = 1 or 2 based on evidence provided” (All assignments are created based on grade level standards.) Students grades on assignments will be posted in Infinite Campus. If an assignment received an incomplete score, the teacher will provide specific and timely feedback explaining how to enhance the work moving forward. The district suggests students spread out their work over the week, which allows a more manageable learning cycle for students. Grading remotely is a new concept for all students. This will require a commitment to the honor system. Parents are welcome to support their child with clarifications, directions, and any modifications based-on your child’s unique needs; however, the assignment needs to reflect the child’s understanding.
