 IMMUNIZATIONS for school year 2020-2021:

Incoming Kindergarten students - Please be sure your child's 5 year immunizations are compliant before the beginning of school year 2021-2022.

Incoming 6th grade students - Tdap immunization is a state required immunization for all incoming 6th graders.

If you are unsure of your child's vaccine record, contact their physician or you may contact me via email over the summer with your questions. You may also email me your signed EXEMPT forms and/or updated immunizations.
