Host school-specific webpages created to share information

What another exciting day!! Our teachers were able to get into their new learning spaces and begin to prepare for our learners to arrive on Monday. And we can’t wait to see you at our upcoming open houses!

Important Updates:

• Two schools, ONE learning community! School-specific webpages have been created to share important information by each location. 
  • Centennial Elementary (Grades P-1) 
  • Arapahoe Ridge Elementary (Grades 2-3) 
  • Hunters Glen Elementary (Grades 4-5) 
  • Shadow Ridge Middle (Grades 6-8)
     
• School meals: Students’ lunch numbers, account balances, purchase restrictions, and special diets will follow them to their temporary learning location. Continue to load funds onto your student's account following the same process as before.
  
  Please note that menu offerings and a la carte options may differ by location: See school menu information
   
• Transportation will be provided to/from all learning locations for those who signed up. Thank you to those who signed up with an interest in bus transportation. We are at capacity and are currently finalizing details. Those who signed up will receive details later this week regarding bus service starting on Monday, Jan. 12. 

Important Reminders:

• Open House Dates and Times: Join us this week to see your child’s new temporary classroom and school:.  
  • Centennial Elementary (Grades P-1): Thursday, Jan. 8 from 4-5:30 p.m.
  • Arapahoe Ridge Elementary (Grades 2-3): Thursday, Jan. 8 from 5-6:30 p.m.
  • Hunters Glen Elementary (Grades 4-5): Friday, Jan. 9 from 4-5:30 p.m.
  • Shadow Ridge Middle (Grades 6-8): Friday, Jan. 9 from 5-6:30 p.m.
     
• Key Dates and Times: Students’ first day of school will be Monday, Jan. 12; School hours across all locations will be 8:00 a.m. - 3:10 p.m.
   
• Learning Locations: Grade levels will stay with their class and teachers. Temporary learning locations by grade levels.

Continue to work on the “We Are One” art projects, we love seeing your creativity, and school spirit. As a reminder, make a sign or art project that shows that We Are One. Have your family take a picture of your sign or project and send it to me. I will highlight these projects on our Facebook.
