I am very excited to be a part of the Thunder Vista community! I am a ParaEducator in kindergarten and in two first grade classrooms. I am looking forward to a great year working with the staff, students, parents, and the community. Earlier I worked as the Early Childhood Teacher Assistant (ECTA) in the Blue Jays classroom. In 2018, I worked at Thunder Vista as a Student Monitor and as a Substitute Preschool Aide in all the preschool classrooms. In addition, my background includes a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Mumbai and shortly thereafter I received a diploma in early childhood education. I previously worked as a child care Aide in the child development laboratories at the University of Tennessee. Afterwards, I continued my education and I received my associates of Applied Science in Respiratory therapy and worked as a Respiratory therapist. After we moved to Colorado I was a stay at home mom for 12 years and stayed active by volunteering for Adams 12. My husband and I have four amazing children! In my spare time I enjoy music, reading, traveling, cooking Indian cuisine, and spending time with family and friends.
